Dawn Sagees Return & Refund Policy – Graceful Adjustments

At Dawn Sagees, we understand that sometimes what you imagine doesn’t always align with what arrives. We’re here to make your return experience as gentle, transparent, and respectful as the morning air.

We want you to feel completely at peace with your purchase—or with your return.


Return Window & Conditions

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Free of makeup, perfume, or damage

  • Not a final-sale or clearance item

We kindly ask that you return garments in the same condition in which they were received.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details or photos.

  2. We’ll respond with your Return Authorization Number and simple shipping instructions.

  3. Please send your return using a trackable shipping method to avoid any issues with delivery.

Note: We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we cover all shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to preference or sizing, the customer is responsible for return postage.

We aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.


Refund Details

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used. Please allow for standard banking times after we initiate the refund.

We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • The item is returned outside of the 30-day window

  • The item shows signs of wear or damage

  • Tags or accessories are missing

We will always communicate clearly about such situations.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie or undergarments

  • Clearance or promotional items marked final sale

  • Garments customized or altered after purchase

These policies ensure both hygiene and inventory integrity.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order separately.
